Effective date: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how 21 Plus Eating Club (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website at https://www.21pec.com. It is written with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, in mind.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you call, email or message us, or send a form on this website, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Anonymous website measurement. We count visits to this website anonymously, as explained under “Anonymous website measurement” below.
- Cookies. The site sets only the cookies it needs to work, plus any you allow in our cookie banner. Our Cookie Policy lists them.
Cookies, analytics and your choices
Cookies and third-party tools load on our website only if you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you choose Decline, they stay off. We do not use any advertising or social media pixels on this site today. You can change your choice at any time with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link at the bottom of every page.
When you make or change a choice in our cookie banner, including an automatic opt-out from a Global Privacy Control signal, our website keeps a record of that choice: the date and time, the choices made, whether GPC was on, the page you were on, your browser’s user-agent, and a one-way code made from your IP address and a random code stored in your browser. We keep these records for at least 24 months, and for as long as we need them to show what you agreed to.
Anonymous website measurement
Whatever you choose in our cookie banner, 21 Plus Eating Club counts website visits and inquiries anonymously, so we can tell which pages and links actually bring people here. This counting:
- uses no cookies or other storage on your device;
- is collected by this website itself and stored by our web provider, Get Bobcat (Explore That Store, LLC, which runs its analytics system on its own servers under its Explore Digital name). Our web provider acts as our service provider and may use this information only to give us these reports;
- records only the page you viewed and when, how you got here (for example, “Google Ads”, or the address of the page on another website that linked here, without its query string), your browser’s user-agent (device and browser type) and language setting, your country, and whether you called or emailed us from the website or sent one of our forms;
- never records what you type into a form, your name, email address, phone number or address;
- never sends your IP address to the analytics system (only your country), discards advertising click identifiers, and uses a visit code that changes every day, so a visit is not linked to you or to your visits on other days;
- is never sold or shared, never used to target advertising, and never combined with other information about you.
We keep this information in de-identified form. We will not attempt to re-identify it, and we contractually require our service provider not to re-identify it either. Detailed visit records are deleted after 90 days. We keep only overall totals, and those are deleted 25 months after the period they cover. Because this information can’t be linked to you, we can’t locate it to respond to a request to access or delete your data. That is also why we collect it even if you decline cookies or send a Global Privacy Control signal. We do not count visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
How we use information
- To answer your questions and provide the services you ask for.
- To run, secure and improve this website.
- To understand, in total, which pages and links bring people to us.
- To comply with the law.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our web provider, and only for those purposes, or when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your California privacy rights
- Right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will confirm your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may also ask an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and our website confirms on screen when it has honored one. If you later choose to allow a category in our cookie banner while the signal is on, we follow that choice. Browser “Do Not Track” signals have no agreed standard, so our website does not respond to them differently.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal InformationHow long we keep information
- Messages and form submissions: as long as we need them to answer you and serve you as a customer, then deleted.
- Anonymous website measurement: detailed visit records 90 days; overall totals 25 months.
- Cookie-banner choice records: at least 24 months.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect or sell their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
